摘 要 目的：观察银质针松解术治疗髋关节周围软组织损伤的临床疗效。 方法：选取78例髋关节周围软组织损伤患者，采用随机数表法将患者分为两组，对照组和治疗组各39例，对照组采用普通针刺治疗，治疗组采用银质针松解术治疗，比较两组临床疗效，治疗前后髋关节活动度及髋关节功能评分（VAS、EQ5D、NHP、Harris髋关节功能评分量表）情况。结果：治疗组临床总有效率（89.74%）明显高于对照组（69.23%），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗前两组患者髋关节活动度无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后治疗组髋关节活动度均较对照组明显升高，差异均有统计学意义（P均＜0.05）；治疗前两组患者髋关节功能指标VAS、EQ5D、NHP、Harris髋关节功能评分均无统计学意义（P均＞0.05）；治疗后治疗组髋关节功能指标VAS、EQ5D、NHP较对照组明显降低，Harris髋关节功能评分较对照组明显升高，差异均有统计学意义（P均＜0.05）。结论:银质针松解术治疗髋关节周围软组织损伤可明显改善患者髋关节活动度功能，提升髋关节功能。
Abstract:
Abstract 〖HT5”SS〗Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of silver needle dissolution in the treatment of soft tissue diseases around the hip joint. Methods：78 patients with soft tissue disease around the hip were divided into two groups by random number table method，and the control group and the treatment group were 39. The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture，the treatment group was treated with silver needle dissolution. After treatment and treatment，the clinical efficacy，hip mobility and hip function scores （VAS，EQ5D，NHP，Harris hip function score scale） were compared between the two groups. Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group （89.74%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （69.23%）. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P＜0.05）. There was no significant difference in hip joint activity between the two groups before treatment （P＜0.05）；the hip joint activity in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）；the hip joint function index VAS，EQ5D，NHP Harris hip joint function score before treatment was not different，statistical significance （P＞0.05）. After treatment，the hip function indexes VAS，EQ5D and NHP were significantly lower than the control group，and the Harris hip function score was significantly higher than the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）. Conclusion:Silver needle dissolution can improve hip joint activity and improve hip function.
