摘要:
摘要目的:观察五味消毒饮加减对水痘患儿的治疗效果，及对降钙素原（PCT）、C反应蛋白（CRP）的影响。方法:选取接受治疗的水痘患儿为研究对象，并随机分为对照组和观察组，两组患者均给予常规抗病毒药物治疗，观察组在此基础上给予五味消毒饮加减治疗。观察两组患儿的疗效和不良反应发生情况，比较两组患儿治疗前后PCT、CRP水平的差异。结果:观察组患儿的治疗有效率为97.50%，明显高于对照组患者的82.50%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=5.000，P=0.025）；两组患者治疗前PCT、CRP水平无差别，观察组患者治疗后的PCT、CRP水平分别为（5.13±1.14）mg/L、（4.14±1.36）ng/ml，差异有统计学意义（P＜005）；观察组患儿退热时间、皮疹结痂时间、住院时间分别为（2.01±0.58）d、（4.12±0.82）d、（9.68±1.14）d，较对照组短，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.001）；两组患儿恶心、呕吐、白细胞下降发生率无明显差别（χ2=0.213，P=0.644）。结论:五味消毒饮加减对水痘患儿的治疗效果较好，可改善患者的PCT、CRP水平和预后，具有良好的应用效果。
Abstract:
AbstractObjective： To observe the therapeutic effect of Wuwei Xiaodu decoction on children with varicella and its effects on PCT and CRP.Methods:The children with varicella were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.Both groups were given conventional antiviral drugs.The observation group was based on this and plus Wuwei Xiaodu decoction.The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.The differences of PCT and CRP levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment was 97.50% in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 82.50% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant (χ2 =5.000,P=0.025).There was no difference in PCT and CRP levels between the two groups before treatment.The PCT and CRP levels in the observation group were (5.13±1.14)mg/L and (4.14±1.36)ng/ml,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜005).The antipyretic time and rash scarring time of the observation group and hospitalization time was (2.01±0.58)d,(4.12±0.82)d,(9.68±1.14)d,which was shorter than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.001).The incidence of nausea,vomiting and leukopenia was not obvious in the two groups (χ2 =0.213,P=0.644).Conclusion:Wuwei Xiaodu decoction has a better therapeutic effect on children with varicella,which can improve the PCT,CRP level and prognosis of patients,and has a good application effect.
