摘要目的：通过观察对足底跖筋膜炎采用双极射频联合活血止痛汤浴足治疗的疗效，探讨双极射频联合活血止痛汤浴足治疗足底跖筋膜炎的可行性、安全性及有效性。方法：筛选跖筋膜炎患者52例，将病例随机分为治疗组（双极射频联合活血止痛汤浴足） 和对照组（双极射频联合温水浴足），每组26例，1周为1个疗程，共计观察两个疗程，使用疼痛VAS评分比较两组治疗后两周及4周时的治疗效果。结果：治疗后发现各组在两周时疗效无明显差异，提示两组同时使用双极射频治疗跖筋膜炎时早起疗效无明显差异。4周时治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组，结合疗效评分，发现双极射频联合活血止痛汤浴足在缓解跖筋膜炎引起的足跟疼痛，改善生活治疗方面效果明显。结论：治疗组和观察组均可缓解跖筋膜炎引起的足跟部疼痛，再配合以活血止痛汤浴足，对于缓解疼痛提高生活质量方面疗效更确切，总体疗效优于对照组。
Abstract:
AbstractObjective:To explore the feasibility,safety and effectiveness of bipolar radiofrequency combined with Huoxue Zhitong decoction in the treatment of plantar plantar fasciitis . Methods:52 patients with plantar fasciitis were selected and randomly divided into two groups:treatment group (bipolar radio frequency combined with Huoxue Zhitong decoction for foot bath) and control group (bipolar radio frequency combined with warm water foot bath). 26 patients in each group were treated for one week. A total of two courses were observed. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared by pain VAS score at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment. Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in sex,age,course of disease and degree of disease between the two groups,which was comparable. After treatment，it was found that there was no significant difference in the curative effect between the two groups at 2 weeks,suggesting that there was no significant difference in the curative effect of bipolar radiofrequency in the treatment of plantar fasciitis. Four weeks later,the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Combined with the therapeutic effect score,it was found that bipolar radio frequency combined with Huoxue Zhitong decoction could relieve heel pain caused by plantar fasciitis and improve life treatment. Conclusion:In summary,the treatment group and the observation group can alleviate heel pain caused by plantar fasciitis,combined with foot bath with Huoxue Zhitong decoction,is more effective in relieving pain and improving the quality of life,and the overall effect is better than that of the control group.
