摘要:
摘要偏头痛是一种神经血管性头痛，可发生于多种急、慢性疾病过程中。本病发病率较高、易反复发作，给患者带来了极大的困扰。针灸疗法对本病的治疗临床应用较为广泛，且疗效显著，本文以探讨和分析针灸治疗本病的临床诊疗思路为目的经查文献发现：本病系由风邪、气郁或痰浊、瘀血等阻滞脑络“不通则痛”而发病，或因气血亏虚、血不上荣引起“不荣则痛”而致偏头痛的发生；在针灸临床治疗本病时主要以经络辨证为主，同时还要重视外感还是内伤致病，紧密结合辩肝、心、脾、肾等脏腑辨证思路，治疗过程中以足少阳胆经取穴结合辨证取穴的选经配穴思路为主；目前临床上对针灸治疗本病的报道较多，且疗效较佳。
Abstract:
AbstractMigraine is a neurovascular headache that can occur in a variety of acute and chronic diseases. The incidence of this disease is high,and it is easy to recurrent,causing great trouble to patients. The treatment of this disease in acupuncture therapy is widely used in clinical practice,and the curative effect is remarkable. In order to explore and analyze the clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas of acupuncture treatment of this disease,the study found that: the disease is caused by wind evil,qi stagnation or phlegm,blood stasis and other diseases,blocking the brain,“not smooth,it will cause pain”. Or because of qi and blood deficiency,blood can’t be transported upwards,causing “can not be nutritionally painful” leading to migraine. In the clinical treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion,it is mainly based on the syndrome differentiation of meridians. At the same time,it is necessary to pay attention to whether the cause of the disease is external or internal,and it is also necessary to closely combine the dialectical ideas of distinguishing liver,heart,spleen and kidney. In the course of treatment,the idea of selecting acupuncture points with acupuncture points and acupuncture points is combined with acupuncture points. At present,there are many reports on acupuncture treatment of this disease in clinical practice,and the curative effect is better.
