摘要:
目的:观察四君子加川牛膝方对大鼠下肢难愈性创面血小板衍化生长因子(PDGF)表达的影响。方法:建立SD大鼠右下肢难愈性创面模型,采用随机的方法,分成四君子方组、生理盐水组、四君子加川牛膝方组、川牛膝方组,各组分别给予生理盐水及相应中药灌胃处理。在创面愈合过程中(造模后的第7天、第14天),取创面新生肉芽组织及血液,应用Elisa等检测技术,观察血小板源性生长因子(PDGF)水平变化。结果:造模后第7天PDGF的表达,四君子汤组与四君子加川牛膝方组均明显高于生理盐水组(P<0.05); 川牛膝方组与生理盐水组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),四君子加川牛膝方组与四君子汤组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); 检测造模后第14天PDGF的表达,各组间均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:四君子加川牛膝方可上调PDGF的合成和分泌,促进成纤维细胞的增殖,这可能为其促进肉芽组织增生及创面愈合的作用机制之一。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the effects of Sijunzi plus radix cyathulae decoction on the expression of PDGF in rats' lower limbs.Methods:The models were established and SD rats were randomly divided into model group,Sijunzi plus radix cyathulae decoction group,Sijunzi decoction group and radix cyathulae group.Wound granulation tissue and new blood were respectively extracted in the process of wound healing(day 7th and day 14th after modeling).By using Elisa,the changes of PDGF were observed.Results:On day 7th after modeling,the PDGF in Sijunzi decoction group and Sijunzi plus radix cyathulae decoction group were markedly higher than those in model group(P<0.05); there was no significant differences between radix cyathulae group and model group(P>0.05); there was no significant differences between Sijunzi plus athulae decoction group and Sijunzi decoction group(P>0.05).On day 14th after modeling,there was no differences among the four groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The prescription of Sijunzi decoction and Sijunzi plus radix cyathulae decoction,can increase the synthesis and secretion of PDGF,promote the proliferation of fibroblasts,which may facilitate wound granulation tissue hyperplasia and promote wound healing.
