摘要:
目的: 探讨温阳复元方对缺血性脑卒中患者的疗效及对运动功能、生存质量影响。方法:选取缺血性脑卒中患者88例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组采取卒中病常规用药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予温阳复元方治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前、治疗1个及两个疗程后中医证候积分、神经功能、运动功能、生活自理能力、脑血流动力及生存质量情况。结果:观察组1个疗程、两个疗程后中医证候积分、FMA评分、Barthel指数、QOL-BREF评分均高于对照组、NIHSS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05); 两个疗程后,观察组R水平低于对照组,DR及Vmin均高于对照组(P<0.05); 观察组总有效率93.18%高于对照组72.73%(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未发生明显的药物不良反应情况(P>0.05)。结论:温阳复元方可显著改善缺血性脑卒中患者运动功能和生活活动能力,提高生存质量,临床疗效确切,未见明显不良反应。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effect of Wenyang Fuyuan recipe on motor function and quality of life in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods: 88 patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into control group and observation group,44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine medication for stroke,while the observation group was treated with Wenyang Fuyuan decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared,including the scores of TCM syndromes,nerve function,motor function,self-care ability,cerebral hemodynamics and quality of life before treatment,after 1 and 2 courses of treatment.Results:The TCM syndrome score,FMA score,Barthel index,QOL-BREF score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group and NIHSS evaluation were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05); R level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,DR and Vmin were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05); the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.18% higher than 72.73% of the control group(P<0.05).No significant adverse drug reactions occurred during treatment in both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Wenyang Fuyuan decoction can significantly improve the motor function and life activity ability of patients with ischemic stroke,improve the quality of life,and has definite clinical efficacy without obvious adverse reactions.
