摘要:
目的:观察针灸对血液透析并发肌肉痉挛的临床治疗效果。方法:选取60例肌肉痉挛患者,按照简单随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组采用针灸治疗。观察两组治疗疗效情况,肌肉痉挛持续时间以及疼痛程度,MBI评分、MAS评分。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率90.00%%显著高于对照组56.66%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05); 两组治疗后平均每次肌肉痉挛持续时间、平均每次肌肉痉挛疼痛程度、肌肉痉挛发生频率明显降低,观察组更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05); 两组治疗后1个月、治疗后6个月MBI评分、MAS评分明显升高,观察组更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗血液透析并发肌肉痉挛可有效降低肌肉痉挛率,缓解患者的疼痛,临床效果显著,提高血液透析的治疗疗效,安全可靠。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on hemodialysis complicated with muscle spasm.Methods:60 patients with muscle spasm were selected.According to the simple random number table method,it was divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture.Observed the therapeutic effect,the duration of muscle spasm,the degree of pain,MBI score andMAS score of two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate 90.00% in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group 56.66%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the average duration,pain degree and frequency of muscle spasm were significantly reduced in the two groups,especially in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The MBI score and MAS score of the two groups were significantly increased one month and six months after treatment,more obvious in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine can effectively reduce the rate of muscle spasm and relieve the pain of the patients.The clinical effect is significant,and the therapeutic effect of hemodialysis is safe and reliable.
