摘要:
目的:探讨加味取渊汤对痰热郁肺型上气道咳嗽综合征患儿的疗效以及对免疫功能、血清白细胞介素(IL)-6和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α水平的影响。方法:将上气道咳嗽综合征患儿122例按随机数字表分为对照组和观察组,各61例。对照组患儿接受孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片; 观察组患儿西医治疗与对照组相同,并接受加味取渊汤治疗。连续治疗两周后,比较两组上气道咳嗽综合征症状体征和痰热郁肺证症状评分、临床疗效、免疫功能以及血清IL-6、TNF-α水平。结果:治疗后观察组患儿上气道咳嗽综合征症状体征、痰热郁肺证症状评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组的总有效率95.08%显著高于对照组80.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿CD3+(59.87±8.04)%、CD4+(43.09±6.03)%明显高于对照组,CD8+(26.81±4.01)%以及血清IL-6(40.03±5.21)ng/L、TNF-α(43.90±6.33)ng/L水平显著低于对照组[(56.11±7.94)%、(38.44±5.36)%、(30.45±5.23)%、(44.39±6.13)ng/L、(53.04±7.12)ng/L](P<0.01)。结论:在常规治疗基础上,加味取渊汤治疗痰热郁肺型上气道咳嗽综合征患儿的疗效显著,且可有效改善患儿的免疫功能以及抑制血清IL-6、TNF-α水平。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of modified Quyuan decoction in treating children upper airway cough symptom complex with syndrome of phlegm and heat accumulated in lung and the effect on immune function and serum levels of interleukin(IL)-6 and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α.Methods:122 airway cough syndrome children were divided into control group and observation group with 61 cases for each group referring to the random number table.The control group received montelukast sodium chewable tablets.The observation group was given with the same western medicine treatment with the control group and modified Quyuan decoction.After 2 weeks' treatment,scores of the symptoms and signs of upper airway cough syndrome,symptom of syndrome of phlegm and heat accumulated in lung,the clinical efficacy,immune function,and serum IL-6 and TNF-α were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,scores of symptoms and signs of upper airway cough syndrome and symptoms of syndrome of phlegm and heat accumulated in lung were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the observation group(95.08%)was obviously higher than the control group(80.33%)(P<0.05).After treatment,CD3+(59.87±8.04)% and CD4+(43.09±6.03)% in the observation group were significantly higher,while CD8+(26.81±4.01)% and serum levels of IL-6(40.03±5.21)ng/L and TNF-α(43.90±6.33)ng/L were significantly lower,than those in the control group[(56.11±7.94)%,(38.44±5.36)%,(30.45±5.23)%,( 44.39±6.13)ng/L,(53.04±7.12)ng/L](P<0.01).Conclusion:On basis of the routine therapy,the efficacy of modified Quyuan decoction in treating children upper airway cough symptom complex with syndrome of phlegm and heat accumulated in lung is significant,and can improve immune function and inhibit serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-α.
