摘要:
目的:观察安神解郁汤联合针刺百会穴治疗脑卒中后抑郁的疗效。方法:使用随机平行对照方法,将225例住院患者按抽签方法随机分为两组,对照组85例,给予西医综合治疗。治疗组140例,加用安神解郁汤联合针刺百会穴,西药治疗同对照组。两组患者于治疗前后分别进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、日常生活活动能力(ADL)和神经功能缺损程度(NIHSS)评分评定。结果:治疗组和对照组抗抑郁疗效总有效率分别为92.14%、80.00%; 神经功能疗效总有效率分别为93.57%、49.41%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HAMD、ADL、NIHSS评分均有显著改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。均无明显不良反应。结论:安神解郁汤联合针刺百会穴治疗脑卒中后抑郁的疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of treating post-stroke depression(PSD)with self-made Anshen Jieyu decoction combined with acupuncture at Baihui point.Methods:225 patients according to the draw method were randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 85 cases were treated with conventional routine.The treatment group of 140 cases plused self-made Anshen Jieyu decoction and acupuncture at Baihui point.The therapeatic effects were evaluated by the Hamiltom depression scale(HAMD),Activites of daily living(ADL)and National institute of health stroke scale(NIHSS).Results:The total effective rate of anti-depression was respepectively 92.12% in the treatment group and 80.00% in the control group.The total effective rate of neurological function was respepectively 93.55% and 49.41%.The efficancy of anti-depression and neurological function between before and after treatment contrast were significance difference(P<0.05).Degress of HAMD,ADL and NIHSS were improved in the two groups after treatment and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The therapeutic efficacy of the treatment group was markely superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse events was seen in the treatment period.Conclusion:Self-made Anshen Jieyu decoction combined with acupuncture at Baihui point in treating PSD is a significent effective treatment,so it is worth popularizing.
