摘要:
目的:探讨固崩止漏汤联合妈富隆对围绝经期异常子宫出血患者子宫内膜及预后的影响。方法:选择围绝经期异常子宫出血患者68例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各34例。对照组采取妈富隆治疗,观察组接受固崩止漏汤联合妈富隆治疗。比较两组子宫内膜变化、血清性激素及复发率状况。结果:两组子宫内膜厚度治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); 治疗1个月后,观察组子宫内膜厚度小于对照组(P<0.05); 观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05); 治疗前两组促卵泡生成素、促黄体生成素及雌二醇激素水平对比无统计学差异(P>0.05); 治疗1个月后,两组性激素相关因子指标都明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05); 且随访半年中,观察组复发率低于对照组复发率(P<0.05)。结论:应用固崩止漏汤联合妈富隆对围绝经期异常子宫出血患者疗效显著,有助于降低子宫内膜厚度,促使性激素恢复,预防复发。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the effect of Gubeng Zhixue decoction combined with Marvelon on endometrium and prognosis in patients with functional menopausal functional uterine bleeding.Methods:68 patients with perimenopausal functional uterine bleeding were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with desogestrel ethinyl estradiol tablets,and the observation group was treated with Gubeng Zhixue decoction combined with.The endometrial changes,serum sex hormones and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).After one month of treatment,the endometrial thickness of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone and estradiol hormone between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the two groups were related to sex hormones.The factor index was significantly lower(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).During the six months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical application of Gubeng Zhixue decoction combined with Marvelon is effective in patients with perimenopausal functional uterine bleeding,which helps to reduce endometrial thickness and promote recovery of sex hormones,prevent recurrence.
