摘要:
目的:以饮食失节法、耗气破气法、劳倦过度法多因素复合建立脾气虚证大鼠模型,并从大鼠的体重、肛温、血清中SOD活性和MDA含量的变化方面探讨颗粒剂四君子的影响。方法:将50只大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、四君子汤组、传统四君子膏组、颗粒四君子膏组,每组10只。采用边造模边给药的方法,隔日电子天平称取大鼠重量,数字温度计检测大鼠肛温,28 d后处死大鼠,用ELISA法测定其血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)水平。结果:与正常组相比,模型组大鼠的体重、肛温、血清SOD活性均下降,MDA含量增多(P<0.05)。经灌胃四君子制剂药物后,大鼠上述指标均有所恢复,与模型组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。汤剂组、传统膏剂组及颗粒剂膏组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:四君子汤、传统四君子膏、颗粒四君子膏均有较好的益气健脾的作用,在对大鼠体重、肛温、血清SOD活性和MDA的含量的影响上效应相同。颗粒膏具有制作方便。
Abstract:
Objective:To establish the rat model of Piqi Xu syndrome with dietary loss of control,energy consumption and excessive fatigue,and to explore the effects of Sijun Zi on body weight,anal temperature,SOD activity and MDA content in serum.Methods:50 rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,Sijun Zi decoction group,traditional Sijun Zi paste group and granule Sijun Zi paste group,with 10 rats in each group.The rats were weighed with an electronic balance on the next day,and the anal temperature was measured with a digital thermometer.After 28 days,the rats were sacrificed,and their serum levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)were determined by ELISA.Results:Compared with the normal group,the weight,anal temperature and serum SOD activity of the model group all decreased,while the content of MDA increased(P<0.05).After intragastric administration of Sijun Zi preparation,all the above indexes were recovered in the rats,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the model group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between decoction group,traditional cream group and granule cream group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sijun Zi decoction,traditional Sijun Zi ointment and granule Sijun Zi ointment all have good effect of Yiqi Jianpi,and have the same effect on body weight,anal temperature,SOD activity and MDA content of serum in rats.Granular ointment has the characteristics of convenient production.
