摘要:
目的:研究丹参川芎嗪联合贝前列素钠片对早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的治疗效果及对患者血清胱抑素C(CysC)、鸢尾素(Irisin)水平的影响。方法:将早期DN患者180例,按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各90例。对照组给予贝前列素钠片,观察组在对照组的基础上给予丹参川芎嗪注射液。比较两组的治疗效果,以及治疗前后两组患者CysC、Irisin、肾功能和血糖指标变化。结果:观察组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CysC水平明显降低,Irisin水平明显增加,其中观察组CysC、Irisin水平变化明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,与治疗前相比,对照组和观察组尿微量白蛋白、空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平均明显降低(P<0.05),其中观察组尿微量白蛋白、空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹参川芎嗪联合贝前列素钠片对早期DN治疗效果好,有助于改善患者肾功能以及血糖指标,调节CysC、Irisin水平,关于二者联合应用对早期DN的疗效发生机理还需进行更为深入的研究。
Abstract:
Objective:To study the effects of salvia miltiorrhizae and beprost sodium tablets on early diabetic nephropathy(DN)and the effect on CysC and Irisin levels.Methods:180 early-stage DN patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 90 cases each.The control group was given beprost sodium tablets,and the observation group was given salvia ligustrazine injection on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared,and the changes in the CysC,Irisin,renal function,and blood glucose indexes before and after treatment were compared.Results:The treatment efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CysC in the two groups decreased significantly,and the levels of Irisin increased significantly(P<0.05).The changes in the levels of CysC and Irisin in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with before treatment,the levels of urine microalbumin,fasting blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin in the control and observation groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the levels of urine microalbumin,fasting blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Salvia miltiorrhiza combined with beprost sodium tablets has a good effect on early treatment of DN,and it can help improve renal function and blood glucose indexes,and regulate CysC and Irisin levels.Further research is needed on the mechanism of the combined effects of the two on early DN.
