摘要:
目的:观察扶正解毒汤联合西药伐昔洛韦胶囊治疗复发型口唇疱疹的临床治疗效果及对患者血清免疫指标及对预后的影响。方法:将96例复发型口唇疱疹患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组各48例,对照组予常规西医盐酸伐昔洛韦胶囊治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用扶正解毒汤治疗,对比两组临床症状、疗效、指标和复发率,并检测两组患者治疗前后补体C3、C4水平、T淋巴细胞亚群水平变化。结果:治疗后研究组疱疹止痛时间、止疱时间、结痂时间、皮损的愈合时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 两组均随访8个月,研究组复发率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05); 治疗后,两组补体C3、C4水平均升高,研究组补体上升水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者T淋巴细胞亚群水平与治疗前比较,其中CD3+、CD4+明显升高(P<0.05),CD8+明显降低; 研究组CD3+、CD4+高于对照组,CD8+低于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸伐昔洛韦胶囊联合扶正解毒汤治疗复发型口唇疱疹可缩短病程时间,降低口唇疱疹的复发率,改善补体水平,有效调节细胞免疫力。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Fuzheng Jiedu decoction combined with Valaciclovir capsule in the treatment of recurrent oral herpes and its influence on serum immune indexes and prognosis.Methods:96 patients with recurrent lip herpes were randomly divided into two groups,48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Valaciclovir hydrochloride capsule.The research group was treated with Fuzheng Jiedu decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptoms,curative effect,indicators and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared,and the two groups were tested before and after treatment.Changes of complement C3,C4 and T lymphocyte subsets.Results:①After treatment,the pain relief time,blister relief time,scab formation time and skin healing time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05); both groups were followed up for 8 months,the recurrence rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); ②After treatment,the levels of complement C3 and C4 in the two groups increased,and the level of complement increase in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of T lymphocyte subsets in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,among which CD3+ and CD4+ were significantly higher(P<0.05)and CD8+ were significantly lower.CD3+ and CD4+ in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and CD8+ was lower than those in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Valaciclovir hydrochloride capsule combined with Fuzheng Jiedu decoction can shorten the course of relapse herpes labialis,reduce the recurrence rate of herpes labialis,improve complement level,effectively regulate cellular immunity.
