摘要:
随着生活水平的提高,代谢综合征的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,严重影响了人民的身体健康。路波主任医师在长安米氏内科流派“三阴三阳钤治百病”、“临症优选法”的学术思想指导下,基于长期临床实践,总结出代谢综合征“食伤阳明,热耗太阴,浊瘀厥阴”的疾病传变规律,提出“辛开、苦降、酸化”治疗代谢综合征的大法,并研制出“运脾化浊颗粒”,临床取得良好疗效,为代谢综合征的论治开拓出新的思路。
Abstract:
With the improvement of living standards,the incidence of metabolic syndrome is increasing year by year,which seriously affects people's health.Chief physician Lu Bo is under the guidance of the academic thought of “three yin and three yang treating all kinds of diseases” and “clinical optimization method” of Chang'an Mi's internal medicine school,based on long-term clinical practice and observation,concluded that the disease transmission rule of metabolic syndrome is “foods injuring Yangming,heat consumes Taiyin,turbid stasis Jueyin”,put forward the method of “symplectic depression acidification” in the treatment of metabolic syndrome.And developed “Yunpi Huazhuo granule”.It has achieved good clinical effect,which opens up new ideas for the treatment of metabolic syndrome.
