摘要:
目的:研究活血益气通经汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效及对患者腰部活动功能的影响。方法:选取116例腰椎间盘突出症患者纳入本次研究,将入选患者按随机数字表法均分为常规组与汤剂组,常规组给予常规西药治疗,汤剂组在常规组的基础上给予活血益气通经汤加减治疗; 治疗1个疗程后,评估两组临床疗效,观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状、腰部活动功能与腰部疼痛情况的变化。结果:汤剂组总有效率为91.38%,常规组总有效率77.59%,汤剂组与常规组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,同组临床症状评分、腰部活动度、SF-MPQ评分、JOA评分、ODI指数均有好转(P<0.05); 且异组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血益气通经汤能够提高腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效,进一步改善患者腰部活动功能,缓解患者腰部及相关疼痛。
Abstract:
Objective:To study the clinical effect of Huoxue Yiqi Tongjing decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and its effect on patients' activity and function.Methods:116 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected to be included in this study.The selected patients were divided into conventional group and decoction group according to the random number method.The conventional group received conventional western medicine treatment,while the decoction group received Huoxue Yiqi Tongjing decoction and treatment based on the conventional group.After one course of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated,and the changes of clinical symptoms,lumbar activity function and lumbar pain before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the decoction group was 91.38% and that of the conventional group was 77.59%,which was higher in the decoction group than in the conventional group(P<0.05),indicating statistical significance.After treatment,the clinical symptom score,waist activity,SF-MPQ score,JOA score and ODI index of the same group were improved significantly(P<0.05).Comparison between different groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Yiqi Tongjing decoction can improve the clinical effect of lumbar disc herniation,further improve the lumbar movement function of patients,and relieve the patients' waist and related pain.
