摘要:
目的:探讨温针灸联合康复训练治疗膝关节退行性骨关节炎疗效及对VAS评分的影响。方法:选取中老年膝骨关节炎患者120例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,康复组采用康复训练治疗,联合组在此基础上采用温针灸联合治疗,比较两组治疗疗效,对两组治疗前后膝关节相关指标和退行性病变指标进行比较,并观察两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果:联合组治疗有效率高于康复组(χ2=9.650,P=0.008); 联合组骨关节功能评分、VAS评分、膝关节HSS评分改善程度更明显(P<0.05); 治疗前,两组患者CAT-D、MMP-1、MMP-9水平比较,差异无统计学意义,治疗后联合组患者指标下降幅度更明显(P<0.05); 联合组出现不良反应3例,总发生率5.00%; 康复组出现不良反应8例,总发生率13.33%。两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.502,P=0.114)。结论:温针灸联合康复训练治疗膝关节退行性骨关节炎疗效显著,可明显改善患者膝关节功能,减轻患者疼痛。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effect of warming acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training on the treatment of degenerative osteoarthritis of the knee joint and its impact on VAS score on the basis of clinical practice experience.Methods:A total of 120 middle-aged and elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups of the combined group and the rehabilitation group.Patients in the rehabilitation group were treated with rehabilitation training,while those in the combined group were provided with warming acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training.Results:The effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the rehabilitation group(χ2=9.650,P=0.008).Besides,the improvement of bone joint function score,VAS score and HSS score of knee joint was more significant in the combined group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in CAT-D,MMP-1 and MMP-9 levels in the two groups,with a more significant decrease of indexes in the combined group after treatment(P<0.05).Furthermore,there were 3 cases and 8 cases with adverse reactions in the combined group and the rehabilitation group,respectively,with a total incidence rate of 5.00% and 13.33%,respectively.There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(χ2=2.502,P=0.114).Conclusion:Warming acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training exhibit significant effect on the treatment of degenerative osteoarthritis of the knee joint,which can significantly improve the knee joint function,alleviate the pain of patients.
