摘要:
目的:探讨黄葵胶囊联合西药治疗IgA肾病临床疗效及对尿蛋白与血清炎症因子的影响。方法:选取IgA肾病患者80例作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组给予甲泼尼龙片、潘生丁、缬沙坦治疗,研究组除予以对照组治疗外再用黄葵胶囊,记录两组治疗后的临床疗效,并比较两组患者治疗前后的24 h尿蛋白、血尿以及血清中炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、单核趋化因子-1(MCP-1)]变化情况,记录两组治疗过程中不良反应发生例数。结果:在治疗后8周,研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组的24 h尿蛋白及血尿水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组血清中各炎症因子浓度均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且研究组在治疗期间的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:于IgA肾病患者,相比单用西药的治疗方法,黄葵胶囊与西药联合治疗能有效提高临床疗效、减轻炎症反应、改善肾功能,用药安全性更高。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore clinical curative effect of Huangkui capsule combined with western medicine on IgA nephropathy and their influences on urine protein and serum inflammatory factors.Methods:Eighty patients with IgA nephropathy were randomly divided into control group and study group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with methylprednisolone,persantine and valsartan,while study group was additionally treated with Huangkui capsules.The clinical curative effect after treatment in both groups was recorded.The changes in 24 h urine protein,hematuria and serum inflammatory factors [tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),monocyte chemotactic protein 1(MCP-1)] before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Number of cases with adverse reactions in both groups during treatment was recorded.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,total response rate of treatment in study group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The levels of 24 h urine protein and hematuria in study group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The concentrations of all serum inflammatory factors in study group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with IgA nephropathy,compared with western medicine alone,Huangkui capsule combined with western medicine can effectively promote clinical curative effect,alleviate inflammation response and improve renal function,with higher medication safety.
