摘要:
目的:探讨脑卒中后抑郁患者的心理评估及针刺疗法的应用效果。方法:选取脑卒中后抑郁患者74例。按照随机数表法,将患者分为两组,各37例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予针刺疗法治疗。观察比较两组患者治疗后临床疗效,并对治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、中医症状评分及血清珠蛋白(Hp)、视黄醇结合蛋白4(RBP4)水平变化情况进行观察对比。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率为86.48%,明显高于对照组的64.86%(P<0.05); 患者治疗后中医症状评分、HAMD评分均显著降低(P<0.05),但观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05); 治疗后两组患者血清Hp、RBP4水平均明显降低(P<0.05),观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中后抑郁患者的心理状态较差,通过针刺疗法治疗脑卒中后抑郁患者临床疗效显著,可改善患者抑郁症状,降低血清Hp、RBP4水平。
