摘要:
目的:评价升陷汤加味治疗冠心病室性早搏临床疗效。方法:将符合入组标准的72例冠心病室性早搏患者随机分入治疗组及对照组。所有患者均改善生活方式、避免早搏诱发因素,给予常规冠心病二级预防治疗。治疗组在此基础上,给予升陷汤加味治疗,对照组给予盐酸普罗帕酮片治疗,疗程共4周,观察治疗前后两组患者室性早搏发作次数,心率变异性及中医症状的变化。结果:两组患者室性早搏发作次数均较治疗前明显减少,治疗组有效率为88.2%,对照组有效率为82.9%; 两组患者心率变异性均有提高,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); 与对照组相比,治疗组胸闷改善明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 与对照组相比,治疗组气短改善明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:升陷汤加味治疗气虚下陷型冠心病室性早搏,能够显著减少患者的早搏发作次数,提高患者的心率变异性,改善患者的胸闷、气短等症状。
Abstract:
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Shengxian decoction on coronary heart disease ventricular premature.Method:Designed a randomized controlled trial,72 patients of ventricular premature were divided into treatment group and control group,all patients change their lifestyle and avoid inducing factor and receive the secondary prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease,the patients from treatment group received Shengxian decoction,the patients from control group received propafenone hydrochloride and treatment duration was 4 weeks,the change of premature beats,heart rate variability and the symptoms were observed.Results:After treatment,the premature beats of both group decreased obviously,the effective rate of treatment group was 88.2%,the effective rate of control group was 82.9%; the heart rate variability is improved,the statistic difference is not obvious(P>0.05),breathe shortness of patients in treatment group was improved obviously compared with patients in control group(P<0.05),the chest tightness of patients in treatment group was improved obviously compared with patients in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shengxian decoction is effective in treatment of functional ventricular premature,it can reduce the premature beat,improve the heart rate variability and the symptom of patients.
