摘要:
目的:研究降逆益中汤应用于胃食管反流病的治疗及对患者临床疗效、血清炎性因子的影响。方法:选取122例胃食管反流病(GERD)患者纳入此次研究,全部入选患者按乱数表法分别划分入常规组及治疗组,两组均61例,常规组采用奥美拉唑、莫沙必利治疗,治疗组在常规组的基础上联合应用降逆益中汤治疗,4周治疗完成后,对比两组患者疗效、症状、炎性因子的变化,评估安全性。结果:治疗组临床总有效率(98.36%)高于常规组(86.89%),治疗组临床疗效较常规组良好(P<0.05); 治疗前两组患者各项症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者反酸、烧心、腹痛、腹胀、嘈杂、嗳气、失眠积分较前降低(P<0.05),且两组对比治疗组更低(P<0.05); 治疗前两组血清炎性因子水平持平(P>0.05),治疗后,两组血清IL-6、hs-CRP、IL-18均较前降低(P<0.05),且两组对比治疗组更低(P<0.05); 常规组不良反应发生率为9.84%,治疗组为1.64%,两组不良反应持平(P>0.05)。结论:降逆益中汤可提高胃食管反流病的临床疗效,更好地缓解患者临床症状,降低血清炎性因子表达水平。
Abstract:
Objective:To study the role of Jiangni Yizhong decoction on clinical curative effect and serum inflammatory factors in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD).Methods:The objects of study were 122 patients with GERD were divided into the routine group and decoction group according to the random number method,with 61 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with omeprazole and mosapride,while the decoction group was treated with Jiangni Yizhong decoction on the basis of treatment in the routine group.Results:The total clinical effective rate of decoction group(98.36%)was higher than that of routine group(86.89%),indicating that the clinical effect of decoction group was better than that of routine group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in the scores of symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,acid regurgitation,heartburn,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,noise,belching,and insomnia scores of the two groups were lower than before(P<0.05),and the scores of the two groups were lower than those of the treatment group(P<0.05).The serum levels of inflammatory factors were unchanged in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of IL-6,hs-crp and IL-18 in the two groups were all lower than before(P<0.05),and the levels of IL-6,hs-CRP and IL-18 were lower in the two groups compared with the treatment group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 9.84% in the conventional group and 1.64% in the treatment group,the adverse reactions were equal in both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jiangni Yizhong decoction can improve the clinical curative effect of GERD,better alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,and reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors.
