摘要:
目的:观察益阴通络胶囊对缺血性脑卒中大鼠血清NOS、SOD、脑匀浆中Na+-K+-ATP酶及脑组织病理改变的影响。方法:采用线栓法造模,将造模成功大鼠随机分为模型组、血塞通阳性对照组及益阴通络胶囊小、中、大剂量组。灌胃给药后,心脏采血,检测血清一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)以及脑匀浆Na+-K+-ATP酶活性变化,并观察各组大鼠神经功能缺损症状及脑组织病理学改变。结果:益阴通络胶囊大、中剂量组能升高血清NOS、SOD活性以及脑匀浆中Na+-K+-ATP酶活性。益阴通络胶囊大、中、小剂量组及血塞通阳性对照组神经功能缺损症状均改善,与模型组比较,大、中剂量组脑组织病理改变明显减轻。结论:益阴通络胶囊具有治疗脑缺血大鼠脑组织损伤的作用。益阴通络胶囊对脑缺血损伤的治疗作用可能与升高血清NOS、SOD活性、及脑匀浆Na+-K+-ATP酶活性相关。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the effects of Yiyin Tongluo capsule on serum NOS,SOD,Na+-K+-ATPase in brain homogenate and pathological changes of brain tissue in rats with ischemic stroke.Methods:The rats were successfully divided into model group,Xuesaitong positive control group and Yiyin Tongluo capsule small,medium and high dose groups by using the suture method.After intragastric administration,blood was collected from the heart,and the changes of serum nitric oxide synthase(NOS),superoxide dismutase(SOD),and Na+-K+-ATPase activity in brain homogenate were detected.Symptoms and pathological changes in the brain.Results:Yiyin Tongluo capsules increased serum NOS and SOD activities,Na+-K+-ATPase activity in brain homogenate.Yiyin Tongluo capsules,large and medium dose groups,and the symptoms of neurological deficits in the Xuesaitong positive control group were improved,compared with the model group.By comparison,the pathological changes in the brain tissue of the large and medium dose groups were significantly reduced.Conclusion:Yiyin Tongluo capsule has the effect of treating brain tissue damage in rats with cerebral ischemia.The therapeutic effect of Yiyin Tongluo capsule on cerebral ischemic injury may be through increasing serum NOS,SOD activities,and increasing brain homogenate Na+-K+-ATPase activity.
