摘要:
目的:观察清热润燥口服液对哮喘小鼠模型的气道反应、肺组织病理学、气道炎症中IL-13诱导表达的黏蛋白5AC(MUC5AC)和水液代谢的水通道蛋白(AQP5)等因子的影响,探讨“润养与通利”辨治哮喘的理论。方法:采用卵蛋白制造小鼠哮喘模型。将72只小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、阳性药物对照组,清热润燥口服液高、中、低剂量组,各组药物作用后观察相关指标。结果:与模型组比较,清热润燥低剂量组吸气峰流速减少,气道炎症稍好转,BALF中IL-13、MUC5AC均减少; 清热润燥中、高剂量组及阳性药物组吸气峰流速增加、气道炎症好转,IL-13、MUC5AC均减少,AQP5增加。结论:清热润燥方在改善哮喘小鼠气道炎性反应、减少MUC5AC及增加AQP5的表达方面具有积极作用。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the airway response of Qingre Runzao oral liquid to asthma mouse models,lung histopathology,expressed by IL-13 in airway inflammation,mucin MUC5AC induced,the impact of the factors such as aquaporin AQP5 influencing respiratory metabolism,and to explore the theory of “Runyangyu Tongli” for treatment differentiation of asthma.Methods:Egg protein was used for making mouse asthma model.72 mice were randomly divided into normal control group,model control group,positive drug control group,and Qingre Runzao oral liquid high,medium and low dose groups.The relevant indicators of each group were observed after drug action.Results:Compared with the model group,the inspiratory peak flow rate was decreased,airway inflammation was slightly improved,and IL-13 and MUC5AC in BALF were decreased in the low dose group.The inspiratory peak flow rate was increased,airway inflammation was improved,IL-13 and MUC5AC were decreased and AQP5 was increased in the medium and high dose groups and the positive drug group.Conclusion:Qingre Runzao recipe has positive effect on improving the airway inflammatory response of asthmatic mice,reducing MUC5AC and increasing the expression of AQP5.
