摘要:
目的:研究定痛膏联合芙蓉膏外敷、滑膜炎1号方治疗膝关节滑膜炎疗效。方法:将140例膝关节滑膜炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予扶他林软膏和氟比洛芬巴布膏,治疗组给予定痛膏、芙蓉膏和滑膜炎1号方治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后膝关节功能、Lysholm评分及VAS评分,并检测治疗前后炎症因子水平和关节液内相关因子水平; 比较治疗期间疗效和安全性。 结果:治疗后治疗组患者有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后膝关节功能各项评分和VAS评分均显著降低,Lysholm评分均显著升高,且治疗组患者降低或升高幅度均大于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗4周后炎症因子水平、一氧化氮和基质金属蛋白酶家族-9均显著降低,且治疗组患者低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论:定痛膏联合芙蓉膏及滑膜炎1号方外敷治疗膝关节滑膜炎,可减轻炎症反应,缓解关节疼痛,从而促进膝关节功能恢复。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effect of external application of Dingtong ointment combined with Furong ointment and Huamoyan 1 prescription on knee synovitis.Methods:140 patients with knee synovitis were randomly divided into two groups,control group and treatment group.The control group were treated with votalin and flurbiprofen cataplasm,while the treatment group were treated with Dingtong ointment combined with Furong ointment and Huamoyan 1 prescription.The two groups were compared in terms of knee joint function,Lysholm scores and VAS scores.Levels of inflammatory factors and related factors in synovial fluid were detected.Treatment efficacy and safety were evaluated.Results:Effective efficiency rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group,difference statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,knee joint function scores and VAS scores of the two groups decreased significantly,while Lysholm scores significantly increased.Besides,the decrease or increase was greater in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,levels of inflammatory factors,nitric oxide and matrix metalloproteinase-9 significantly decreased,which were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group,difference statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:External application of Dingtong ointment combined with Furong ointment and Huamoyan 1 prescription can alleviate inflammatory response and relieve joint pain in patients with knee synovitis,thereby promoting knee joint function recovery.
