摘要:
目的:探究经尿道前列腺等离子电切术(TUPKP)后口服扶正抑瘤汤对晚期前列腺癌(PCa)患者预后的影响。方法:选取PCa患者142例,随机数表法分为观察组(n=71)和对照组(n=71),对照组给予TUPKP治疗,观察组给予TUPKP+扶正抑瘤汤治疗,比较两组生存期,分析中医症状积分、生活质量及免疫功能等指标。结果:治疗后,观察组的生存期及疾病进展期(TTP)均高于对照组(P<0.05); 两组患者的中医症状积分、RV、PSA和CD8+水平降低,QOL评分、Qmax、CD3+、CD4+和CD4+/CD8+水平升高,且观察组的中医症状积分、RV、PSA和CD8+水平低于对照组(P<0.05),QOL评分、Qmax、CD3+、CD4+和CD4+/CD8+水平高于对照组(P<0.05); 观察组不良反应发生率4.23%略高于对照组2.82%,但不良反应发生率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:TUPKP联合扶正抑瘤汤在治疗PCa方面疗效确切,可有效改善PCa患者的临床症状及排尿情况,延长生存期,提高患者免疫功能,改善生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore effects of oral Fuzheng Yiliu decoction on prognosis of patients with advanced prostate cancer(PCa)after transurethral plasmakinetic prostatectomy(TUPKP).Methods:A total of 142 patients with advanced prostate cancer were enrolled as study objects.They were divided into observation group(n=71)and control group(n=71)by the random number table method.The control group underwent TUPKP,while observation group was given oral Fuzheng Yiliu decoction on this basis.The survival time was compared between the two groups.The effects on scores of TCM symptoms,quality of life and immune function were analyzed.Results:After treatment,the survival time and time to disease progression(TTP)of observation group were significantly longer than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of TCM symptoms,levels of RV,PSA and CD8+ in both groups were significantly decreased,while QOL score,Qmax,levels of CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ were significantly increased.Besides,scores of TCM symptoms,levels of RV,PSA and CD8+ in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),while QOL score,Qmax,levels of CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was slightly higher than that in control group(4.23% vs 2.82%)(P>0.05).Conclusion:TUPKP combined with oral Fuzheng Yiliu decoction is effective in the treatment of advanced prostate cancer.It can significantly improve patients' clinical symptoms and urination,prolong their survival time and improve their immune function and quality of life.
