摘要:
目的:归纳和总结魏志军教授治疗直肠刺激征的经验和学术思想。方法:通过介绍魏师运用中药治疗直肠刺激征的临床医案,分析和探讨魏师治疗直肠刺激征的学术思想、经验处方及用药特点和规律。结果:魏志军教授认为治疗直肠刺激征应当充分发挥中医药的优势,病机上,他认为该病以肠道气滞为核心病机,并受心神失主、肝失疏泄、脾虚气陷、肺失肃降、肾失封藏病理状态的影响; 治疗上,他强调辨病论治与辨证论治相结合,做到病、证、症有机结合,形、气、神一体同调。结论:以“调理气机”为治疗原则,针对性地应用调气饮做为底方,再根据肠道湿热、气虚下陷、肝郁气滞证型的不同,并兼顾个体症状差异,加减化裁,精准用药,同时注重心理疏导,在直肠刺激征的治疗上多可取得良好疗效,为临床上治疗该病开拓了新思路。
Abstract:
Objective:To summarize professor WEI Zhijun's experience and academic thoughts in the treatment of rectal irritation.Methods:By introducing the clinical cases of WEI Zhijun's treatment of rectal irritation with traditional Chinese medicine,the academic thought,empirical prescription,characteristics and rules of WEI's treatment of rectal stimulation were analyzed and discussed.Results:Professor WEI Zhijun believed that the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine should be given full play.In terms of pathogenesis,he believed that the core pathogenesis of this disease was intestinal qi stagnation,and it was affected by the pathological state of mind loss,liver loss and drainage,spleen deficiency and qi depression,lung loss and kidney loss and accumulation.In terms of treatment,he emphasizes the combination of syndrome differentiation and treatment and disease differentiation and treatment,organic combination of disease,syndrome and disease,simultaneous conditioning of shape,function and mental state.Conclusion:With “Regulate the operation of the Qi” is the therapeutic principles,specific application of Tiaoqi decoction as basics,according to the intestinal wet and heat,deficiency of subsidence,liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome,and symptoms of individual differences to adjust the prescription and use the medicine accurately,and pay attention to psychological counseling at the same time.It can usually achieved a good curative effection the treatment of disease of rectal irritation.
