摘要:
目的:基于文献计量和整合药理学分析方法,分析经典名方瓜蒌薤白半夏汤的研究热点,探究其“脑心同治”的分子作用机制。方法:查阅中国知网(CNKI)数据库中瓜蒌薤白半夏汤文献,利用Ucinet 6和Net Draw 2.084可视化网络分析研究热点。利用中药整合药理学平台V2.0(TCMIP V2.0),预测瓜蒌薤白半夏汤化学成分靶标、心脑病证(冠心病和中风)证候靶标,富集分析瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗心脑病证的核心靶标和作用通路,绘制多维关联网络分析作用机制。结果:瓜蒌薤白半夏汤研究热点主要集中在临床应用、病因病机、处方组成等方面; 得到瓜蒌薤白半夏汤活性成分28个,主要是生物碱类、黄酮类、皂苷类、甾醇类等。得到核心靶标128个,其中关键核心靶标52个。参与生物进程通路16条。结论:瓜蒌薤白半夏汤 “脑心同治”的分子机制可能是通过干预炎症相关通路发挥抗炎、抗动脉粥样硬化作用,为心脑血管疾病的临床治疗提供了新思路,拓展了其应用范围,为其进一步开发应用提供了科学依据,实现经典名方的传承创新发展。
Abstract:
Objective:Based on bibliometrics and integrated pharmacological analysis methods,to analyze the research hotspots of classic TCM excellent prescriptions Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction,and to explore its molecular mechanism of “treating both brain and heart”.Methods:The literatures of Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction in the CNKI database were reviewed,and Ucinet6 and NetDraw 2.084 were used to visualize network analysis research hotspots.Utilizing TCMIP V2.0 to predict the chemical composition target of gualou xiebai banxia decoction,the target of cardio-encephalopathy syndrome(coronary heart disease & stroke)syndrome,enrich and analyze Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction the core targets and pathways for the treatment of cardio-encephalopathy syndromes,draw a multi-dimensional association network analyze the mechanism of action.Results:The research hotspots of Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction mainly focused on clinical application,etiology and pathogenesis,prescription composition,etc; 28 active ingredients of Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction were obtained,mainly alkaloids,flavonoids,saponins,sterols,etc.128 core targets were obtained,of which 52 were key core targets.Participate in 16 biological process pathways.Conclusion:The molecular mechanism of “treating both brain and heart” of Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction may play an anti-inflammatory and anti-atherosclerotic effect by interfering with inflammation-related pathways,providing new ideas for the clinical treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,expanding its application scope,provides scientific basis for its further development and application,and realizes the inheritance and innovation of classic TCM excellent prescriptions.
