摘要:
目的:观察芪葵颗粒对糖尿病肾病(DKD)的疗效及对尿结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)和血清可溶性细胞黏附分子1(sICAM-1)的影响。方法:纳入符合DKD诊断标准的患者102例,随机分成两组,对照组50例,试验组52例。对照组常规控制血糖血压,试验组在对照组基础上加用芪葵颗粒。治疗6个月后比较两组血压、血糖、血尿素氮、肌酐、24 h-UTP、尿CTGF和血清sICAM-1的水平。结果:两组治疗前的血压、血糖、血尿素氮、肌酐、24 h-UTP、尿CTGF和血清sICAM-1比较,无统计学差异(均P>0.05)。治疗后,两组的血压、血糖、尿素氮、肌酐、24 h-UTP、尿CTGF和血清sICAM-1有所降低,与对照组相比,试验组更低(均P<0.05)。结论:常规降糖降压治疗的基础上联合芪葵颗粒可显著降低DKD患者的血压、血糖、血尿素氮、肌酐,具有明显的治疗效果,其作用机制可能与血清sICAM-1及尿CTGF的降低有关。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effect of Qikui particles on diabetic kidney disease(DKD)and its influence on urinary CTGF and serum sICAM-1.Methods:102 patients with DKD were enrolled in this study,and randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in the control group and 52 cases in the experimental group.The control group received the basic hypoglycemic treatment and anti-hypertension treatment; whereas the experimental group received Qikui particles based on the basic therapy of the control group.The blood pressure,glucose,blood urea nitrogen,creatinine,24 h-UTP,urinary CTGF and serum sICAM-1 were compared between the two groups before and 6 months after treatment.Results:There was no significant difference in blood pressure,glucose,blood urea nitrogen,creatinine,24h-UTP,urine CTGF and serum sICAM-1 between the two groups before treatment(all P>0.05).After treatment,blood pressure,glucose,blood urea nitrogen, creatinine,24h-UTP, urine CTGF and serum sICAM-1 were decreased in both groups, and compared with the control group,the experimental group were lower(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Qikui particles based on the basic hypoglycemic treatment and anti-hypertension treatment can significantly reduce the levels of blood pressure groups,blood glucose,blood urea nitrogen,creatinine,and have obvious therapeutic effect in patients of DKD.The mechanism may have relation to the decreased levels of serum sICAM-1 and urinary CTGF.
