摘要:
目的:研究参芪清毒胶囊对血液透析患者营养指标、氧化应激和炎性因子、残余肾功能(RRF)的影响。方法:将181例血液透析患者采用投掷法随机分为对照组、观察组。对照组予以常规基础药物,观察组在对照组基础上予参芪清毒胶囊,对比两组治疗效果及营养指标、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、残余肾功能(RRF)、不良反应、并发症。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组血红蛋白水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组MDA、hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6低于对照组,SOD、GSH-Px高于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组治疗1个月、3个月、6个月RRF优于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应,两组透析相关并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:血液透析患者采用参芪清毒胶囊治疗可有效改善营养指标,减轻氧化应激、炎症状态,保护RRF,安全性较好。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the influence of Shenqi Qingdu capsule on nutrition,oxidative stress,inflammatory factor and residual renal function(RRF)in hemodialysis patients.Methods:181 hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine basic drugs,and the observation group was treated with Shenqi Qingdu capsule based on the treatment of the control group.The therapeutic effects,nutrition indexes,malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),RRF,adverse reactions and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of hemoglobin in the observation group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,MDA,hs-CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while SOD and GSH-Px were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).One month,three months and six months after treatment,the observation group had better RRF than the control group(all P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.There was no significant difference in the incidence of hemodialysis related complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Qingdu capsule for hemodialysis patients can effectively improve their nutrition indexes,alleviate oxidative stress and inflammatory status,and protect RRF and better safey.
