摘要:
目的:探讨梅花针联合普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法:将90例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组45例。对照组给予普瑞巴林口服治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予梅花针联合治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、VAS、DLQL、PSQI评分,统计治疗期间发生的不良反应。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为95.56%高于对照组的82.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者VAS评分、PSQI积分、DLQI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者VAS评分、PSQI积分、DLQI评分降低,且研究组各项评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:梅花针联合普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛能有效改善患者睡眠质量及生活质量,临床疗效、安全性较好。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of herbal needle combined pregabalin in patients with postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods:90 patients with PHN were selected as subjects,all of them were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,45 cases in each group.The control group was given pregabalin,while the observation group received herbal needle combined pregabalin.The clinical efficiency,VAS scores,DLQI scores,PSQI scores in the two groups were compared,and analyze the adverse reactions occurred during the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group 95.56% was significantly higher than that in the control group 82.22%(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score,PSQI score and DLQI score between the two groups before treatment(all P>0.05).After the treatment,VAS scores,DLQI scores,PSQI scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Herbal needle combined with pregabalin can effectively improve the quality of sleep and the quality of life in patients with PHN,and better clinical effect and safety.
