摘要:
目的:观察益肾活血方治疗尿毒症腹膜透析的疗效及对患者残余肾功能的影响。方法:选择60例行腹膜透析治疗的尿毒症患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例。其中前者采用常规基础的西医治疗与腹膜透析,后者在此基础上加用益肾活血方口服,两组治疗时间均为6个月,在治疗结束时记录患者的腹膜透析情况; 组间、组内比较残余肾功能、残余尿量、血浆白蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(Hb)水平。结果:①两组24 h尿量、残肾功能组内比较,治疗后均明显下降(P<0.05),对照组下降更为明显(P<0.05); ②治疗后两组患者Hb、ALB组间比较,治疗组水平上升幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论:腹膜透析患者在西医治疗基础上加用益肾活血方口服,能够有效保护残余肾功能,同时可提高Hb、ALB水平,改善营养状态。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the effect of Yishen Huoxue prescription on residual renal function in peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods:60 patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis randomly divided into the treatment group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).Patients in the control group were routinely treated with peritoneal dialysis and basic western medicine.The treatment group was given Yishen Huoxue prescription on the basis of peritoneal dialysis and western medicine,The patients were observed for 6 months; Residual renal function,residual urine volume,hemoglobin and plasma albumin levels were compared between the two groups.Results:①The residual renal function and 24-hour urine volume of the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).②Hemoglobin and plasma albumin in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistica difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yishen Huoxue prescription can effectively delay the residual renal function of peritoneal dialysis patients,improve the level of hemoglobin and plasma albumin in peritoneal dialysis patients.
