摘要:
本文旨在介绍从瘀血方面对顽固性肾性水肿病因病机认识及临床治疗用药经验。临床上诸多疾病均可有血瘀证,如胸痹、水肿、腰痛等,这主要与多种因素均可致瘀有关,各种致病因素发展到一定阶段均导致瘀血出现,因此临床上对血瘀证论治及其重要。国医大师张学文教授认为,水肿除需考虑一般病因引起,在疾病发展过程中,也不能忽略瘀血的存在,瘀血既为病理产物,又为其致病因素,临床上以健脾补肾、活血化瘀、行气利水为治疗原则。本文将介绍顽固性肾性水肿定义、瘀血理论成因、兼瘀血的不同证型及用药、典型病例,探讨国医大师张学文教授从瘀血理论辨证论治顽固性肾性水肿的临床用药,以期为临床诊疗提供更好的中医指导。
Abstract:
To introduce the etiology and pathogenesis of refractoryrenal edema from the aspect of blood stasis and the experience of clinical treatment.Many diseases can have blood stasis syndrome,such as chest obstruction,edema,low back pain and so on,which is mainly related to many factors can cause blood stasis,all kinds of pathogenic factors develop to a certain stage to lead to blood stasis,so clinical treatment of blood stasis syndrome and its importance.Professor ZHANG Xuewen believes that edema should not only be caused by general etiology,but also the existence of blood stasis can not be ignored in the course of disease development.Blood stasis is both a pathological product and a pathogenic factor.This article will introduce the definition of refractory renal edema,the causes of blood stasis theory,the different syndromes and medication of blood stasis,typical cases,to explore the famous doctor Professor ZHANG Xuewen from the theory of blood stasis syndrome differentiation treatment of refractory renal edema clinical medication,in order to provide better TCM guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
