摘要:
糖尿病胃轻瘫(DGP)归属于“痞满”“胃胀”“呕吐”等多个疾病的范畴,本文以“气化论”为指导,总结“气机失调”为糖尿病胃轻瘫的总病机。中医学对糖尿病胃轻瘫的认识以“调畅气机”为着力点,虽然中医药防治DGP优势颇多,但仍有若干问题需要关注:①临床实验研究样本量较小,且缺乏辨证性,大多数为以方测证; ②多以动物实验研究为主,理论研究文献报道相对不足; ③研究多以西医为着力点进行,对发展中医药意义不大。故在今后的临床实践及实验研究中,应在“调畅气机”理论的指导下,并用健脾、疏肝、温肾、活血等方法,根据患者的具体情况,辨证论治,选方用药,发挥中医药治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的重要作用,本文对调畅气机治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫进行综述,为临床应用及研究提供依据。
Abstract:
Diabetic gastroparesis(DGP)belongs to the category of multiple diseases such as “fullness”“swelling”,and “vomiting”.This article summarizes “qi movement disorder” with the guidance of gasification theory.It is the total pathogenesis of diabetic gastroparesis.The understanding of traditional Chinese medicine on diabetic gastroparesis is to adjust the qi movement.Although Chinese medicine has many advantages in the prevention and treatment of DGP,there are still several issues that need to be paid attention to:①The sample size of clinical experimental research is small,and it lacks dialectic.Most of them are based on prescriptions; ②Mostly based on animal experimental research,and the theoretical research literature is relatively inadequate; ③Research is mostly carried out with western medicine as the focus,which has little significance for the development of traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,in the future clinical practice and experimental research,under the guidance of the theory of “Adjusting qi movement”,and using methods such as spleen,liver,kidney,blood circulation,etc,according to the specific situation of the patient,syndrome differentiation and treatment,selection of prescription drugs.To play an important role of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis.This article reviews the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis by regulating the air flow and provides a basis for clinical application and research.
