摘要:
目的:探讨三黄泻心汤治疗上消化道出血患者的临床效果及对患者血红蛋白(Hb)、尿素氮(BUN)、Rockall评分的影响。方法:选取96例上消化道出血患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将患者分为观察组及对照组。对照组48例患者给予止血药物等对症治疗,观察组48例患者给予三黄泻心汤治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、止血时间、住院时间、生活质量评分、Hb、BUN、Rockall评分及门静脉、肝静脉血流量。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05); 观察组止血时间、住院时间低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组(均P<0.05); 观察组治疗后BUN、Rockall评分低于对照组,Hb指标高于对照组(均P<0.05); 治疗后观察组脾静脉、门静脉血流量均较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:三黄泻心汤可有效稳定上消化道出血患者的Hb水平,降低BUN水平及复发风险,为临床治疗上消化道出血提供一定参考依据。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Sanhuang Xiexin decoction on patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage and its effect on hemoglobin(Hb),urea nitrogen(BUN)and Rockall score.Methods:A total of 96 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method.48 patients in the control group were given symptomatic treatment such as hemostatic drugs,and 48 patients in the observation group were given Sanhuang Xiexin decoction.Clinical efficacy,hemostasis time,length of hospital stay,quality of life score,Hb,BUN,Rockall score and portal vein and hepatic venous blood flow were compared between 2 groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The hemostasis time and hospitalization time of observation group were lower than those of control group,and the quality of life score of observation group was higher than that of control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of BUN and Rockall in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the Hb indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The blood flow of splenic vein and portal vein in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sanhuang Xiexin decoction can effectively stabilize the level of Hb in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,reduce the level of BUN and the risk of recurrence,and provide a certain reference for the clinical treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
