摘要:
目的:探讨益气养血通痹汤治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变及对患者临床症状与神经传导速度的影响。方法:49例糖尿病性周围神经病变患者,随机分为两组,均进行血糖基础治疗,对照组给予甲钴胺片治疗,研究组给予益气养血通痹汤治疗。比较两组糖化血红蛋白水平、中医症候积分变化情况、临床疗效、神经传导速度、安全性。结果:两组治疗后,糖化血红蛋白水平均有所下降(P<0.05),但两组间治疗后的糖化血红蛋白水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); 两组治疗后中医症候积分减少(P<0.05),研究组治疗后中医症候积分低于对照组(P<0.05); 研究组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05); 两组治疗后感觉神经、运动神经传导速度均有所提升(P<0.05),研究组治疗后感觉神经传导速度、运动神经传导速度均高于对照组(P<0.05); 两组不良反应率无明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病性周围神经病变患者采用益气养血通痹汤治疗,临床疗效较为理想,患者糖尿病性周围神经病变症状、神经传导速度有明显改善。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effect of Yiqi Yangxue Tongbi decoction on the clinical symptoms and nerve conduction velocity of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:49 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the two groups were treated with basic blood glucose therapy.The control group was treated with mecobalamin tablets,and the research group was treated with Yiqi Yangxue Tongbi decoction.The levels of HbA1c,changes in TCM syndrome scores,clinical efficacy,nerve conduction velocity and safety were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the level of HbA1c decreased in both groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the level of HbA1c between the two groups(P > 0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the TCM syndrome scores of the study group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Sensory nerve conduction velocity and motor nerve conduction velocity were increased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05).Sensory nerve conduction velocity and motor nerve conduction velocity in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the rate of ADR between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients with Yiqi Yangxue Tongbi decoction,the clinical effect is ideal,patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy symptoms,nerve conduction velocity has been significantly improved.
