摘要:
目的:观察推拿联合小金胶囊不同服药周期对乳腺增生症肝郁痰凝证患者的临床疗效,及对患者症状体征、激素水平的作用。方法:选择乳腺增生症肝郁痰凝证患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例,均进行推拿治疗,对照组应用小金胶囊治疗4周,观察组应用小金胶囊治疗8周。评估两组临床疗效、乳腺疼痛、乳腺结节大小、乳腺质地评分和全身症状评分、患者精神状况、激素水平。结果:观察组总有效率为78.00%(39/50),高于对照组58.00%(29/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后乳腺疼痛、乳腺结节大小、乳腺肿块质地、全身症状的评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后促卵泡激素、促黄体生成素均高于对照组,而血清催乳素、雌二醇均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后SAS(51.33±4.93)分、SDS(50.41±4.88)分,均低于对照组的(57.38±5.04)分、(55.20±5.12)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在推拿基础上,应用小金胶囊8周治疗乳腺增生症肝郁痰凝证的患者临床疗效、症状、激素水平、精神状态更好。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of massage combined with Xiaojin capsule in treating patients of breast hyperplasia with Ganyu Tanning type,and the effect on the symptoms,signs and hormone levels.Methods:100 breast hyperplasia with Ganyu Tanning type were selected and randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group,all given massage treatment.The control group was treated with Xiaojin capsule for 4 weeks,and the observation group was treated with Xiaojin capsule for 8 weeks.Clinical efficacy,breast pain,breast nodule size,breast texture score and systemic symptom score,mental status of patients,and hormone level were assessed in the two groups.Results:The total effective rates of the observation group was 78.00%(39/50),higher than that of the control group 58.00%(29/50),difference statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,breast pain,breast nodule size, breast texture score and systemic symptom sore in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while serum prolactin and estradiol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(all P<0.05).After treatment,SAS score(51.33±4.93),SDAS score(50.41±4.88)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(57.38±5.04),(55.20±5.12),with statistical significance between groups(all P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of massage,clinical effect,symptoms,hormone level and mental state of the patients of breast hyperplasia with Ganyu Tanning type treated with Xiaojin capsule for 8 weeks were better.
