摘要:
目的:探讨补肾活血疏肝汤对肾虚肝郁型卵巢早衰闭经患者月经复潮及内分泌激素水平的影响。方法:选取80例卵巢早衰闭经患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组口服戊酸雌二醇片、黄体酮胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予口服补肾活血疏肝汤治疗。观察比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候积分、血清内分泌激素水平变化,评价两组治疗方案的安全性及治疗后半年内月经复潮率。结果:观察组总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的总有效率70.00%(P<0.05); 两组治疗后腰骶酸软疼痛、阴道干涩、性欲下降、两胁胀痛、胸闷失眠、烦躁易怒积分,FSH、LH水平均明显降低(P<0.05),E2水平明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组上述中医证候积分及内分泌激素水平改善程度更为明显(P<0.05); 观察组半年内月经复潮率为45.00%,显著高于对照组的月经复潮率15.00%(P<0.05); 两组患者治疗期间均未出现严重药物相关不良反应。结论:补肾活血疏肝汤联合激素替代疗法能够有效调节肾虚肝郁型卵巢早衰闭经患者血清内分泌激素水平,促进临床症状缓解和月经复潮,有助于改善患者临床预后。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effect of Bushen Huoxue Shugan decoction on menstruation recovery and endocrine function in patients with premature ovarian failure amenorrhea of Shenxu Ganyu type.Methods:80 cases of premature ovarian failure amenorrhea patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was given Bushen Huoxue Shugan decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the TCM syndrome score and serum endocrine hormone levels before and after treatment were observed,and the safety of the two groups and the menstrual rehydration rate within half a year after treatment were evaluated.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group 70.00%(P<0.05).After treatment,the lumbosacral soreness and pain,vaginal dryness,decreased libido,flank pain,chest tightness and insomnia,irritability and irritability scores,the levels of FSH and LH were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while levels of E2 was significantly increased(P<0.05).The above TCM syndrome scores and endocrine hormones of the observation group were significantly improved.The improvement of menstruation level was more obvious(P<0.05).The menstruation recovery rate in the observation group was 45.00% within half a year,which was significantly higher than that in the control group 15.00%(P<0.05).There were no serious drug-related adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion: Bushen Huoxue Shugan decoction combined with hormone replacement therapy can effectively regulate the serum endocrine hormone levels of patients with premature ovarian failure amenorrhea of Shenxu Ganyu type and promote the remission of clinical symptoms and menstruation,which help to improve the clinical prognosis of patients.
