摘要:
文章着重论述脾脏功能失调在性早熟发病中的重要地位,从脾脏本身、脾病及肾、脾病及肝三个方面说明性早熟的病因病机,并提出相应的治则治法及用药。强调在健脾化痰,清热利湿的基础上,根据患儿的不同伴随症状进行辨证,辅以必要的滋阴降火或疏肝理气之品。除中药治疗外,应嘱患儿家属注意调整患儿饮食,以清淡饮食为主,不盲目进补,从而在根本上祛除性早熟的病因。本文突破中医在性早熟治疗方面多从肝肾论治的固有思维局限,能够更有针对性的改善性早熟患儿的临床症状,达到标本兼治的目的。
Abstract:
This paper focuses on the important role of spleen dysfunction in the pathogenesis of precocious puberty.It explains the etiology and pathogenesis of precocious puberty from the spleen itself,spleen disease affecting the kidney,spleen disease affecting the liver,and puts forward the corresponding treatment and medication.On the basis of invigorating the spleen and resolving phlegm,clearing away heat and promoting dampness,this paper emphasizes the syndrome differentiation,according to the different accompanying symptoms of the children,and then add the necessary Chinese medicinal herb of nourishing yin and reducing fire or soothing liver and regulating qi for treatment.In addition to traditional Chinese medicine treatment,the family members of children should be advised to adjust their diet,mainly light diet,not blindly supplement,so as to fundamentally eliminate the cause of precocious puberty.This paper has broken through the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of precocious puberty from the liver and kidney of the inherent thinking limitations,can be more targeted to improve the clinical symptoms of precocious puberty children,to achieve the purpose of treating both the symptoms and the root cause.
