摘要:
慢性心力衰竭是诸多心血管疾病的终末阶段,临床以呼吸困难、乏力(活动耐力受限)和液体潴留(肺瘀血和外周水肿)等为主要特征。大气为诸气之纲领,具有维持心肺正常功能、调节气血运行、支撑全身运动的作用。胸中大气虚极下陷则其司呼吸、贯心脉、撑持全身的功能受损,在心则会导致心力衰竭的发生,临床上慢性心力衰竭大气下陷证十分常见。升陷汤为张锡纯首创,具有益气升阳举陷之功效,用于治疗大气下陷证,疗效显著,后世医家多有验证。现代研究表明,升陷汤在治疗慢性心力衰竭方面有其独特的疗效。探讨研究大气下陷理论对现代中医药临床治疗慢性心力衰竭有一定的指导意义。
Abstract:
Chronic heart failure is the final stage of many cardiovascular diseases,which is characterized by dyspnea,fatigue(limited activity endurance)and fluid retention(pulmonary congestion and peripheral edema).The Qi in the chest is the leader of other Qi,which can maintain the normal function of heart and lung,regulate the movement of Qi and blood,and support the movement of the whole body.When the Qi in the chest is weak to a sunken state,then its function of regulating breathing,maintaining heart function and supporting the whole body is impaired,which in turn leads to heart failure.This disease is very common in clinic.Shengxian decoction,pioneered by Zhang Xichun,has the effect of replenishing Qi,rising yang and lifting sinking.It is used to treat the syndrome of Qi subsidence,and its curative effect is remarkable,which has been verified by doctors of later generations.Modern studies have shown that Shengxian decoction has a unique effect in the treatment of chronic heart failure.The study of this theory has a certain guiding significance for the clinical treatment of chronic heart failure with modern Chinese medicine.
