摘要:
目的:探讨清热益气方治疗复发性生殖器疱疹(RGH)的临床疗效及其对患者血清炎症因子、免疫功能的影响。方法:将84例RGH患者分成观察组和对照组,各42例。对照组给予阿昔洛韦治疗,观察组予阿昔洛韦联合清热益气方治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、血清炎症因子水平[白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)]、T淋巴细胞亚群、不良反应以及复发情况。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率为97.62%高于对照组的85.71%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、TNF-α低于对照组,而IFN-γ高于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗后观察组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+高于对照组,CD8+低于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组随访时平均复发皮肤病损评分、复发频次均低于对照组,平均复发间隔时间长于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:清热益气方治疗RGH临床疗效较好,能减少复发风险。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of Qingre Yiqi decoction in treatment of recurrent genital herpes(RGH)and its effect on serum inflammatory factors and immune function.Methods:84 patients with RGH were divided into observation group and control group,42 patients in each group.The control group was treated with acyclovir,the observation group treated acyclovir combined with Qingre Yiqi decoction.Clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factors [interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),γ-interferon(IFN-γ)],T lymphocyte subsets,adverse reactions and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,total effective rate of the observation group was 97.62%,which was significantly higher than 85.71% of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum IL-2,IL-4,IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the serum IFN-γ was higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and CD8+ was lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).During follow-up,average recurrence skin lesions score and recurrence frequency in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and average recurrence interval was significantly longer than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingre Yiqi decoction has better clinical efficacy in the treatment of RGH,and can reduce the risk of recurrence.
