摘要:
目的: 探讨温阳止痛贴外用联合郄穴针刺治疗虚寒型癌性疼痛及对患者生活质量、血清β-内啡肽(β-EP)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)的影响。方法:选取60例虚寒型癌性疼痛患者,按照随机抽样法分为对照组(给予常规治疗)与观察组(在常规治疗的基础上给予温阳止痛贴外用联合郄穴针刺治疗),各30例,且对两组患者的生活质量评分、β-EP、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)及PGE2、VAS评分、爆发性痛次数进行观察及评估。结果:重复测量分析显示,两组情感状况、社会/家庭精神支持的时点、组间、交互比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05),而两组功能状况、生理状况及总分的时点、组间、交互比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05); 两组β-EP、CGRP、PGE2、VAS评分、爆发性痛次数的时点、组间、交互比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05); 简单效应LSD-t成对比较显示,治疗前,两组情感状况、功能状况、生理状况、社会/家庭精神支持、总分、β-EP、CGRP、PGE2、VAS评分、爆发性痛次数无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗2周后,观察组的情感状况、社会/家庭精神支持与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); 而在功能状况、生理状况及总分比较中,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05); 观察组的β-EP、CGRP、PGE2、VAS评分、爆发性痛次数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温阳止痛贴外用联合郄穴针刺治疗虚寒型癌性疼痛具有较为显著的疗效,既能缓解疼痛,又能改善患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effect of Wenyang Zhitong paste combined with acupuncture on acupuncture point on the quality of life,serum β-endorphin(β-EP),prostaglandin E2(PGE2)in the treatment of cancer pain caused by deficiency and cold.Methods:The study object was selected 60 patients with cancer pain of deficiency-cold type,and the study period was from January 2017 to December 2019.According to the random sampling method,they were divided into control group(given conventional treatment)and observation group(in routine treatment)On the basis of the topical application of Wenyang Zhitong paste combined with acupuncture treatment at acupoints),30 cases in each group,and the quality of life scores,β-EP and calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)of the two groups of patients And PGE2,pain score,and burst pain times were observed and evaluated.Results:Repeated measurement analysis showed that there was no significant difference in emotional status,social/family spiritual support time,inter-group,and interactive comparison between the two groups(P>0.05),while the functional status,physiological status,and time point of the total score of the two groups were not significantly different.There are significant differences between the two groups and the interaction comparison(P<0.05); there are significant differences between the two groups of β-EP,CGRP,PGE2,VAS score,the time point of the number of breakout pain,the group,and the interaction comparison(P<0.05); The simple effect LSD-t pairwise comparison showed that before treatment,the emotional status,functional status,physiological status,social/family spiritual support,total score,β-EP,CGRP,PGE2,VAS score,and the number of explosive pain were not significant in the two groups before treatment.Difference(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the emotional status and social/family support of the observation group were not statistically significant compared with the control group(P>0.05); while the functional status,physiological status and total score In comparison,the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05); the β-EP,CGRP,PGE2,VAS scores and the number of burst pains of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The topical application of Wenyang Zhitong paste combined with acupuncture at Acupoint Qi has a relatively significant effect on the treatment of cancer pain of deficiency-cold type,which can not only relieve pain,but also improve the quality of life of patients.
