摘要:
目的:探讨补肾活血汤合养宫汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果。方法:选取80例多囊卵巢综合征患者,依照随机数字表分为两组。对照组给予达英-35治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上另给予补肾活血汤合养宫汤治疗,两组均治疗3个月。对比两组中医症状评分,血清抗苗勒管激素(AMH)、性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)水平,临床疗效、性激素水平以及用药不良反应情况。结果:两组患者治疗后肾虚血瘀型症状评分均降低,且观察组更低(P<0.05); 观察组和对照组总有效率分别为95.00%和80.00%,与对照组相比,观察组总有效率更高(P<0.05); 治疗后两组血清AMH水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,血清SHBG水平均升高,且观察组更高(P<0.05); 治疗后两组患者血清LH、T、FSH水平均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05); 两组患者用药不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:多囊卵巢综合征患者采用补肾活血汤合养宫汤治疗能够改善临床症状,疗效确切,同时能够改善血清AMH、SHBG水平和性激素水平。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effect of Bushen Huoxue decoction combined with Yanggong decoction in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:80 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with Diaing-35 treatment,and in addition to the control group,the observation group was treated with Bushen Huoxue decoction combined with Yanggong decoction,both groups were treated for 3 months.Two groups of TCM symptom scores,serum anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH),sex hormone binding globulin(SHBG)levels,clinical efficacy,sex hormone levels and adverse drug reactions were compared.Results:After treatment,the scores of symptoms of kidney deficiency and blood stasis in the two groups were decreased,observation group was lower(P<0.05).Two groups had a significant difference in the distribution of curative effect grades after treatment(P<0.05),the total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 95.00% and 80.00%,respectively,compared with the control group,the observation group has a higher total effective rate,and the difference was obvious(P<0.05).The serum AMH level of the two groups of patients were decreased,and the observation group was lower,and the serum SHBG level were increased,observation group was higher,and the difference was obvious(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum LH,T and FSH of the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),observation group were lower(P<0.05).Adverse drug reactions of the two groups of patients,no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome with Bushen Huoxue decoction combined with Yanggong decoction can improve the clinical symptoms,with definite curative effect,and at the same time can improve the serum AMH,SHBG levels and sex hormone levels,which is safe and reliable.
