摘要:
气化理论是中医理论之源,气化是宇宙万物发生变化的根源,是中医“天人相应”和“整体观”的体现,由自然气化、人体气化、药物气化三部分组成,自然气化是自然气候、物候的变化; 人体气化是五脏生克制化关系,是机体达到阴平阳秘的和谐状态; 药物气化为中药受自然之气、具有自然之性,以己之偏性调节人体之气的运行。自然气化、人体气化、药物气化也体现了“时间-气候-物候-病候”的理念。人体气化是维持正常生命活动的基础,与五脏关系密切,受自然气化与药物气化的影响。五脏的相互作用、相互影响,是人体气化得以正常运行的物质基础。在临床应用中,疾病的发生发展、辨证、治疗、预防均有气化理论的指导和应用,气化理论贯穿了疾病的诊疗全过程,具有重要的理论价值和临床意义。
Abstract:
heory of functional activity of Qi is the source of traditional Chinese medical theory,functional activity of Qi is the root of the change in the universe,represents the theory of correspondence between heaven and man,and the holism of TCM,which consists of three parts:functional activity of Qi about nature,functional activity of Qi about human body and functional activity of Qi about herbs.Functional activity of Qi about nature means change of physioclimate and phenology; functional activity of Qi about human body means interpromotion and restraint of the five phases of five zang,also the harmonious state of yin and yang; functional activity of Qi about herbs means that traditional Chinese medicine comes from nature and has the natural characteristics,Chinese medicine acts on the human body in order to regulate the movement of the body's Qi with its own bias.Functional activity of Qi about nature,human body and herbs embodies the idea of time,climate,organisms and symptoms.As far as the human body is concerned,functional activity of Qi is the basis for maintaining normal life activities,closely related to the five zang,affected by functional activity of Qi about naturae and herbs.The interaction of the five zang is the material basis for the normal operation of functional activity of Qi.In clinical application,theory of functional activity of Qi can be used not only the occurrence of disease,but also development,syndrome differentiation,treatment and prevention of diseases are guided and applied by theory of functional activity of Qi.Theory of functional activity of Qi runs through the whole process of disease diagnosis and treatment,and has important theoretical value and clinical significance.
