摘要:
目的:研究针刺五脏俞联合涌泉穴艾灸对脑卒中失眠患者血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)、多巴胺(DA)的影响。方法:80例脑卒中失眠患者按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组予针刺五脏俞联合涌泉穴艾灸治疗,对照组予艾司唑仑治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分及血清5-HT、DA水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率92.50%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组失眠、心烦、精神萎靡、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠质量、睡眠效率评分和PSQI总分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组5-HT高于对照组,DA低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:针刺五脏俞联合涌泉穴艾灸可以改善脑卒中失眠睡眠质量,提高血清5-HT、降低血清DA水平。
Abstract:
Objective:To study effect of acupuncture Wuzang Shu combined with moxibustion at Yongquan point on serum levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and dopamine(DA)in patients with cerebral apoplexy and insomnia.Methods:80 stroke insomnia patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with acupuncture Wuzang Shu combined with moxibustion at Yongquan point,while the control group was treated with estazolam.Clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score,and serum 5-HT,DA levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.50% higher than 75.00% of the control group,difference statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of insomnia,upset,depression,sleep time,sleep quality,sleep efficiency and PSQI score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the level of serum 5-HT in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the level of serum DA in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture Wuzang Shu combined with moxibustion at Yongquan point can improve sleep quality of stroke insomnia patients,improve serum 5-HT level,and reduce serum DA level.
