摘要:
目的:探究白鹤血尿净方加味治疗镜下血尿疗效及对临床症状积分、血及尿胱抑素C(Cys-C)、肌酐(Cr)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)的影响。方法:选取81例镜下血尿患者为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组(n=38)和观察组(n=43)。对照组患者予以阿魏酸哌嗪片治疗,观察组患者予以白鹤血尿净方免煎颗粒剂治疗。比较两组患者治疗10周后疗效差异,比较两组患者治疗前、治疗10周后临床症状积分、血清Cys-C、Cr、β2-MG、尿液Cys-C、Cr、β2-MG水平差异。结果:治疗10周后,两组患者总体疗效差异显著,且观察组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05); 两组患者口渴、倦怠乏力、小便黄赤灼热、腰脊酸痛临床症状积分均较治疗前下降,且观察组低于同期对照组(均P<0.05); 两组患者血清及尿液Cys-C、Cr、β2-MG均较治疗前下降,且观察组低于同期对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:自拟白鹤血尿净方治疗镜下血尿疗效较为显著,且能有效改善患者临床症状,对调节患者血清及尿液Cys-C、Cr、β2-MG效果良好。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the efficacy of Baihe Xueniaojing decoction in the treatment of microscopic hematuria and its effects on clinical symptoms scores and blood and urine cystatin C(Cys-C),creatinine(Cr)and β2-microglobulin(β2-MG).Methods:Eighty-one patients with microscopic hematuria were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group(n=38)and observation group(n=43).Patients in control group were treated with piperazine ferulate tablets,and patients in observation group were treated with single herbal concentrate-granules of self-made Baihe Xueniaojing decoction.The efficacy of the two groups was compared after 10 weeks of treatment,and the differences in clinical symptoms scores and levels of serum Cys-C,Cr and β2-MG and urine Cys-C,Cr and β2-MG were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 10 weeks of treatment.Results:After 10 weeks of treatment,there was a significant difference in the overall efficacy between the two groups of patients,and the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The scores of clinical symptoms of thirsty,fatigue,yellowish or reddish urine and lumbar spinal pain in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment,and the scores of observation group were lower than those of control group during the same period(all P<0.05).The levels of Cys-C,Cr and β2-MG in serum and urine of the two groups were all lower than those before treatment,and the levels of observation group were lower than those of control group during the same period(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Self made Baihe Xueniaojing decoction has a significant efficacy on microscopic hematuria,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms.It has a good effect on regulating the levels of Cys-C,Cr and β2-MG in serum and urine of patients.
