摘要:
目的:探究手足十二针联合加味茵陈蒿汤对非酒精性脂肪肝患者肠道菌群的影响。方法:选取非酒精性脂肪肝治疗的患者共115例,通过完全随机法对115例患者进行分组,将其分为对照组57例,联合组58例。对照组使用加味茵陈蒿汤治疗,联合组在对照组的基础上联合手足十二针进行治疗,对比两组病情恢复情况。检测两组中医证候评分、肝功能、血脂水平,酶联免疫吸附试验法检测白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)水平,改良TIANamp Stool DNA Kit方法进行乳杆菌、肠球菌、双歧杆菌、埃希菌水平检测,对比两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,与对照组比较,联合组中医证候评分、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酸转移酶(GGT)、IL-8、TNF-α、TGF-β、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、肠球菌、埃希菌水平降低; 高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、乳杆菌、双歧杆菌水平升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组临床治疗有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过手足十二针与加味茵陈蒿汤的联合治疗方案,对非酒精性脂肪肝患者进行临床治疗,其中医证候评分下降,肝功能、血脂水平得到改善,抑制炎性因子,调节肠道菌群,治疗效果显著。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effect of twelve needles of hand and foot combined with modified Yinchenhao decoction on the intestinal flora of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver.Methods:A total of 115 patients who received non-alcoholic fatty liver were selected.115 patients were divided into control group 57 cases and combined group 58 cases through the complete randomization method.The control group was treated with modified Yinchenhao decoction,and the combination group was treated with twelve needles of hands and feet on the basis of the control group.The recovery of the two groups was compared.The two groups of TCM syndrome scores,liver function,and blood lipid levels were detected,and the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)level,the modified TIANamp Stool DNA Kit method was used to detect the levels of lactobacillus,enterococcus,bifidobacterium,and escherichia,and compare the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:After treatment,compared with the control group,the combination group had TCM syndrome scores,alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),γ-glutamate transferase(GGT),IL-8,TNF-α,TGF-β,total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein(LDL),enterococci,and escherichia coli levels are reduced.The levels of lactobacillus,lactobacillus,and bifidobacterium increased,and there were statistical differences(P<0.05).The effective rate of clinical treatment in the combined group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through this combined treatment plan of twelve needles of hands and feet and modified Yinchenhao decoction,clinical treatment of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver is carried out.Among them,the medical syndrome scores are reduced,liver function and blood lipid levels are improved,inflammatory factors are inhibited,and inflammatory factors are regulated.The intestinal flora has significant therapeutic effect.
