摘要:
复发性流产在育龄期妇女群体中发病率较高,反复的妊娠丢失会造成女性生理和心理上的双重损害,严重威胁生命健康。肠道微生态广泛参与营养代谢、免疫调节、应激反应等正常生理行为,其作为目前的新兴领域已被证明与多种妇产科疾病的发生密切相关。肠道菌群失调,可能会通过干扰母体的适应而对妊娠结局产生不利影响并导致妊娠并发症。但由于其与复发性流产的研究较少,现从全身炎症反应、免疫失衡、血栓前状态、滋养细胞受损的西医机制和肾、肝、脾为由的中医理论出发,阐述了肠道菌群失调参与肾虚血瘀型不明原因复发性流产发生的可能机制,提出复发性流产与肠道菌群存在相关性的假说,并可通过中医药干预作为新兴的治疗靶点。
Abstract:
The incidence rate of recurrent spontaneous abortion is high in the women of childbearing age.Repeated pregnancy loss can cause double physiological and psychological damage to women and seriously threaten life and health.Intestinal microecology is widely involved in normal physiological behaviors such as nutritional metabolism,immune regulation and stress response.As a new field,it has been proved to be closely related to the occurrence of a variety of gynecological and obstetric diseases.Intestinal flora imbalance may have an adverse impact on the outcome of pregnancy and lead to pregnancy complications by interfering with maternal adaptation.However,due to less research on recurrent abortion,starting from the western medicine mechanism of systemic inflammatory response,immune imbalance,prethrombotic state,trophoblast damage and the traditional Chinese medicine theory of kidney,liver and spleen,this article expounds the possible mechanism of intestinal flora imbalance participating in unexplained recurrent abortion of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,and puts forward the hypothesis that there is a correlation between recurrent abortion and intestinal flora,it can be used as a new therapeutic target through TCM intervention.
