摘要:
目的:观察穴位贴敷联合小针刀治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者疗效及对骨代谢炎症因子、血液流变学指标、膝关节功能的影响。方法:以130例老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,利用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组予穴位贴敷联合功能锻炼,观察组在对照组基础上予以小针刀治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、骨代谢炎症因子、血液流变学指标、膝关节功能。结果:观察组治疗总有效率93.85%高于对照组的75.38%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组细胞聚集指数、红细胞沉降率、纤维蛋白原水平较治疗前降低,且观察组以上指标水平低于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者日常活动能力、疼痛、晨僵评分较治疗前降低(均P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、骨钙素(BGP)水平较治疗前升高,血清抗酒石酸盐酸性磷酸酶异构体(TRACP-5b)水平下降(均P<0.05)。治疗后观察组BALP、BGP水平高于对照组,TRACP-5b水平低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷联合小针刀治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者疗效较好,可明显改善患者膝关节功能及骨代谢炎症因子、血液流变学指标。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe curative effect of acupoint application combined with small acupotomy in the treatment of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis and effects on bone metabolism inflammatory factors,hemorheology indexes and knee function.Methods:130 elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected as research objects and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group was given acupoint application combined with functional exercise,and the observation group was given small acupotomy treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,inflammatory factors of bone metabolism,indexes of hemorheology and improvement of knee joint function were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment efficiency of the observation group 93.85% was significantly higher than 75.38% of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the cell aggregation index,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and fibrin in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the above indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the daily activity,pain and morning stiffness scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(all P<0.05).The serum BALP and BGP levels of the two groups were increased before treatment,and the serum TRACP-5b level decreased(all P<0.05).After treatment,the serum BALP and BGP levels of the observation group higher than those in the control group,the TRACP-5b level of the observation group lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application combined with small needle scalpel is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis,which can significantly improve the knee joint function,inflammatory factors of bone metabolism and hemorheology indexes.
