摘要:
目的:分析活血通络解毒汤治疗子宫内膜异位症患者的疗效及对患者卵巢功能的影响。方法:将100例子宫内膜异位症患者分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用孕三烯酮胶囊进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用活血通络解毒汤进行治疗,两组均治疗3个月经周期。比较两组治疗前和治疗后中医症状积分、血清细胞因子水平及卵巢功能,统计两组治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组中医症状、血清细胞因子水平及卵巢功能均改善,且观察组经行腹痛、非经期下腹痛、性交痛、非经期肛门坠痛评分及血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、促卵泡生成激素(FSH)水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平及窦卵泡数量、卵巢体积高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组和对照组总不良反应发生率(10.00% 与6.00%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:活血通络解毒汤治疗子宫内膜异位症患者,可有效改善患者中医症状、血清细胞因子的合成及卵巢功能,同时不会增加药物的不良反应,安全性良好,具有较好的治疗效果。
Abstract:
Objective:To analyze the curative effect of Huoxue Tongluo Jiedu decoction on endometriosis and its influence on ovarian function.Methods:100 patients with endometriosis were randomly divided into the control group(50 cases)and the observation group(50 cases).The control group was treated with gestrinone capsule,while the observation group was treated with Huoxue Tongluo Jiedu decoction on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles.The traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,serum cytokine level and ovarian function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was counted.Results:After treatment,the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,serum cytokine levels and ovarian function of the two groups were improved,and the scores of abdominal pain,non-menstrual abdominal pain,sexual intercourse pain,non-menstrual anal pain and the levels of serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the levels of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),the number of antral follicles and ovarian volume were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(10.00% vs.6.00%,χ2=0.543,P>0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Tongluo Jiedu decoction can effectively improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the synthesis of serum cytokines and ovarian function of patients with endometriosis,and at the same time,it will not increase the adverse reactions of drugs,with good safety and good therapeutic effect.
