摘要:
目的:研究补泻针灸疗法联合疏肝解郁汤对原发性干燥综合征(PSS)伴焦虑抑郁患者不良情绪的治疗效果。方法:将96例PSS伴抑郁焦虑患者,随机分为两组各48例,对照组给予补泻针灸疗法,观察组在对照组的基础上联用疏肝解郁汤,治疗结束后观察比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分变化、不良情绪变化、血沉(ESR)和C反应蛋白(CRP)。结果:治疗后,观察组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05); 治疗后两组中医证候积分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.05),两组血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),对照组中医证候积分、HAMA、HAMD评分明显高于观察组(P<0.05),观察组ESR、CRP明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补泻针灸疗法联合疏肝解郁汤治疗PSS伴焦虑抑郁疗效确切,能缓解患者口干、眼干等症状,改善焦虑抑郁等不良情绪,同时降低患者ESR、CRP水平,值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Objective:To study the effect of reinforcing and reducing acupuncture therapy combined with Shugan Jieyu decoction on adverse mood in patients with primary sjogren's syndrome(PSS)accompanied by anxiety and depression.Methods:96 cases of patients with anxiety depression with PSS was enrolled in the study,each 48 patients were randomly divided into two groups,control group with complementary acupuncture therapy,observation group in the control group based linked with Shugan Jieyu decoction,observation after treatment compared two groups:the clinical curative effect,the change of TCM syndrome integral,bad mood changes,the serum levels of Erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and C-reactive protein(CRP).Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,HAMD and HAMA score of the two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),the serum levels of ESR and CRP of the two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),the TCM syndrome score,HAMA and HAMD score of the control group were significantly higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05).The ESR and CRP in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tonifying and eliminating acupuncture combined with Shugan Jieyu decoction is effective in the treatment of PSS with anxiety and depression.It can relieve the symptoms of dry mouth,dry eyes and other symptoms,improve anxiety and depression and other adverse emotions,and decrease the serum levels of ESR and CRP,which is worthy of clinical application.
