摘要:
目的:观察子午流注纳子法结合温通针法对缺血性脑卒中(IS)患者下肢功能及脑血流水平的影响。方法:选取82例IS患者为观察对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组各41例,两组均给予常规及对症治疗,观察组在此基础上给予子午流注纳子法结合温通针法治疗,对照组给予常规针刺治疗,比较两组治疗后的中医疗效、中医症候积分、下肢功能相关指标及脑血流动力学指标水平变化。结果:治疗后,观察组中医疗效总有效率(95.12%)显著高于对照组(78.05%)(P<0.05); 两组患者主要中医症候积分显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05); 两组NIHSS评分显著降低(P<0.05),BBS评分和FMA评分均显著提高(P<0.05),且观察组NIHSS评分明显低于对照组,BBS评分和FMA评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05); 两组PI和RI水平均显著降低(P<0.05),Vs和Vm水平均显著升高(P<0.05),且两组间上述指标差异均有统计学意义。结论:应用子午流注纳子法结合温通针法中医疗效显著,可有效改善IS患者症状体征、下肢功能和脑血流水平。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe and analyze the effects of Ziwu Liuzhu Nazi method(midnight-noon ebb-flow Nazi method)combined with Wentong acupuncture method(warming-dredging needling technique)on lower limb function and cerebral blood flow in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods:82 patients with IS were selected as observation subjects,and the patients were divided into observation group and control group by using the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional and symptomatic treatment,and on this basis,the observation group was given Ziwu Liuzhu Nazi method combined with Wentong acupuncture therapy,and the control group was given control treatment.Changes in TCM efficacy,scores of TCM symptoms,lower limb function-related indicators and cerebral hemodynamic indicators were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM efficacy of 95.12% in observation group was significantly higher than 78.05% in control group(P<0.05).The scores of the main TCM symptoms of the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The NIHSS scores of the two groups were significantly declined while the scores of BBS and FMA were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the NIHSS score was significantly lower in observation group than that in control group while the BBS score and FMA score were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The PI and RI were significantly decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the Vs and Vm were significantly accelerated(P<0.05),and the differences in the above indicators between the two groups were statistically significant.Conclusion:The application of Ziwu Liuzhu Nazi method combined with Wentong acupuncture method has a significant TCM efficacy,and can effectively improve the symptoms and signs,lower limb function and cerebral blood flow of patients with IS.
